My Weekend!

Hey!
I had an awesome weekend! I attended the Gunn Baldursson soccer tournament! It's the soccer tournament I have been attending for the past eight years! It was great! My team didn't win, but I still had so much fun! We played on Friday and we won our game 4-2, it was kinda close, I admit I could have stopped those two goals, but who cares? we won a good game for the first time in like forever!
I had an awesome weekend! I attended the Gunn Baldursson soccer tournament! It's the soccer tournament I have been attending for the past eight years! It was great! My team didn't win, but I still had so much fun! We played on Friday and we won our game 4-2, it was kinda close, I admit I could have stopped those two goals, but who cares? we won a good game for the first time in like forever!
My family decided to stay the night down near Acadia (where it's being held). It's the first time i actually stayed down, usually I drive back and forth (it's about an hour drive). It was fun, i ate really bad and watched House all night with my sister!
Enter Saturday. We had our first game at 9:00AM. We were playing a team we didn't know. We ended up winning 3-0! it was really great, but then by the end of it it started getting REALLY hot. It was about 35 degrees by the time of my second game, which was at 1:30.. man that game was a killer! Once again we were playing a team we didn't know, but no fear! we won the game 5-0! That was the end of our Round Robin play, my team finished first in our group so we advanced to the quarter finals! Only bad thing about that was that we had five hours inbetween games, and we had to play another game on a REALLY hot day. The quarter finals weren't so fun.. we were once again playing a team we didn't now.. they turned out being slightly better than us, but it was really hard to tell because the ref was a retard! like, even the other team hated him and he was giving them most the calls! I'm not even using it was an excuse! my sister who never watches soccer thought he was bad! ugh! The game was tied after halftime! towards the end of the second half they had the ball in good postition and BAM! made like an awesome shot right to the top corner, and i swear... I made probably one of the best saves I have made my entire career! I NARROWLY avoiding jumping into the post.. but hell, I made a totally awesome save to keep my team in the game! Didn't help much though... the game was tied and went into penalty kicks.. which for a goalie REALLY sucks... it sucks even more if your team can't hit the net. we ended up loosing... which sucked... but I didn't really care because a) I made an awesome save and b) I had more fun this tournament than I have all year long!
Yes. I went home that night.. when I got home I noticed how burnt my face was.. i had to stay in my house all Sunday.. was too embarassing!
I was smart and took Monday off or work.. so I had a day off to do nothing. My dad and I decided to go look for a car... I had a car i was ready to buy and i LOVED it.. but someone bought it like, two days before I was going to get it... Mondays search was pointless. Found nothing. It really sucks.. all I can think about was my dream car I DIDN'T get... Everything else is rather a) Not what I'm looking for (I'm looking for a smaller hatchback car around 2003-2004 and $7000 dollars) or b) too expensive... it's very fustrating!
